You are a qualifying Medicare patient with an affordability gap, and you do not qualify for Medicare's Extra-Help Program (Low Income Subsidy)

For certain products, you are a qualifying Medicare patient with an affordability gap and do not have access to alternative financial support (e.g., Medicare Extra Help or Independent Copay Foundation funding).
